1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SipReward ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform connects customers with participating stores. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the United States) to use features related to alcohol promotions. Please drink responsibly.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers may create a free account to earn and redeem loyalty rewards at participating stores. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. Store Accounts
Store operators may create a SipReward store account starting with the Free plan, with paid membership plans available for stores that need higher capacity or additional tools. Stores are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, promotions, and compliance with applicable licensing laws.
5. Loyalty Rewards
Reward balances, points, and redemptions are managed per store. SipReward is not liable for rewards offered by individual stores and does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward.
6. Membership & Advertising
SipReward offers membership plans including a Free plan and paid plans with higher capacity and additional tools. Advertising campaigns are included benefits of membership; premium placements may be purchased as optional add-ons on paid plans. See the Pricing page for current plan details.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the Platform, including fraud, points farming, impersonation, or violating any law. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SipReward is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
