1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account — such as your name, email, and phone number — and information about your activity as you use the Platform. Birthday and ZIP code are optional. Customer loyalty balances are stored separately per store.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the Platform, process loyalty rewards, display participating stores and deals, and — only with your consent — send promotional communications.
3. Marketing Consent
Marketing consent is separate from accepting these Terms, is optional, and is never preselected. You may withdraw consent at any time from your marketing preferences; withdrawal does not affect rewards you have already earned. Transactional messages (such as security alerts and reward confirmations) are not affected by marketing consent.
4. Loyalty QR Codes
Customer QR codes encode only an opaque backend token — never personal information such as email, phone, birthday, or address.
5. Staff Access
Store data is isolated per business. Store owners and managers can view customer records for their own store. Cashiers see only the minimum information needed to process a transaction. Marketing staff can create promotions but do not have access to customer contact information. These restrictions are enforced at the database layer.
6. Data Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. Certain records — such as completed transactions and audit logs — may be retained where required to meet legal or operational obligations, even if you request deletion of your account.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information from the Privacy & Data section of your profile. You can also manage marketing consent from your profile. We will review and respond to your request.
9. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed to minors. Alcohol-related features are restricted to users of legal drinking age.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform.
