How SipReward Works

For Customers

1. Find a participating store on the Stores or Deals page
2. Join the store's rewards program — free and instant
3. Show your SipReward QR code at checkout
4. Earn rewards automatically based on the store's reward rules
5. Redeem rewards when you have enough balance, according to the store's rules

Note: Rewards are store-specific. Points or cashback earned at one store cannot be used at another store unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For Stores

1. Create a Store Account and choose a membership plan (Free or paid)
2. Configure your Store Profile — description, logo, photos, hours, contact
3. Add locations and staff — assign cashiers and managers
4. Create a Reward Program — choose reward types (points, cashback, visits, etc.)
5. Enroll loyalty customers — customers join your program for free
6. Track reward activity — view transactions, balances, and analytics
7. Create product campaigns — promote products and deals to local shoppers
8. Use analytics — understand customer growth, engagement, and campaign performance
9. Upgrade membership as your customer base grows
